Do I need to pay a deposit on a unit?
Yes. A deposit equal to one month is held whilst you rent a workshop on site. This is refundable at the end of your tenanacy here. Full details will be available within the signed agreement.

Yes you can. We have no hours of use restrictions here at Nine Mile Ride so you can work whenever you want. Remember though that site will close at 8 pm so just make sure your car is parked on the off road parking area by this time.
Back to top »How many parking spaces do I get?
Each unit has a pre-specified amount of spaces which are included within the rental price. Extra spaces and areas for parking cars and small vans in are available at an extra cost. When you sign your paperwork for the unit you will be issued parking permits to display in the vehicle. This ensures only those people who are legitimately allowed to park on site do so.

We personally don't offer this facility, however, there are tenants on site that do have their own fork lifts and may be happy to help out.
